Google has been getting aggressive recently banning AdWords accounts and many are wondering how to go about asking for reinclusion back in. Well, in a word, don’t waste your time, it isn’t going to happen.

See this building? That’s your business. See the firefighter? That’s Google. Stop being naive. if you break the advertising rules and get banned, you get banned. Period. No amount of whining is going to change that.
The main reason I started the SEO Revolution was out of frustration. Frustration at all of the lies and misconceptions that are posted in forums, given as advice in teleconferences, and even taught in live workshops. "So why didn't all of this work?" " Why wasn't my site successful?" " Why am I still stuck in a rut?" 
I wish it was as simple as “breaking the advertising rules”. If that was the case I wouldn’t have had my account closed. I used it for my ecommerce site. Never did anything to break the terms of service and never did affiliate marketing with it either. Google’s on the war path.
Google is tired of the same type of crap they always see. If you had half a clue of what to do you wouldn’t be faced with a ban.
The factor for getting banned is only because of breaking rules… So care should be taken in the process of adwords campaign
