Jerry, you are correct, they are a nightmare. About a year ago all of a sudden our $4 a day account gets hit with $100 a day worth of worthless clicks, and they tried to rationalize that these were in fact legitimate clicks. Good thing I had analytics in place to show where they were coming from and were fraudulent but still took me months and they never did refund the money, they just added it to our account so we would keep using them. For our market, its not worth my time, very few of our searches even come from there.

My experience with Yahoo support has always been dreadful. When I owned Yahoo stores and paid them every month for the pleasure; I either received the same exact canned email responses over and over again (none of which ever addressed the problems), got people on the phone I could not understand, or people I could understand who could not solve my problems. The problems I had never got resolved.

Yet, when I had problems with Microsoft software purchased many years ago in college for literally a few dollars; their emails were never canned and the phone support was amazing. They actually worked hard to understand and fix the problems.
