ShoeMoney reported this on Friday, and I am really hoping that it does. Best of the Web, one of my favorite directories is in talks to acquire DMOZ.
Over the last several years there have been a lot of editors leaving DMOZ and oddly enough, they have been hired by BOTW. One issue that a lot of Webmasters don’t know is Google’s Business Directory is nothing more then “duplicate content” from DMOZ.
Right now AOL holds the rights to DMOZ. Let’s hope this deal goes through soon.

The main reason I started the SEO Revolution was out of frustration. Frustration at all of the lies and misconceptions that are posted in forums, given as advice in teleconferences, and even taught in live workshops. "So why didn't all of this work?" " Why wasn't my site successful?" " Why am I still stuck in a rut?"
