Google Banning DOMZ Clones

Over at Webmaster World, there has been chatter this month that Google has been banning DMOZ content clones. They have been banning Wikipedia clones for awhile now. The ban rates according to the poster was Google 37%, Yahoo 11%, and MSN 9%.

We testing this and more than half of our sites that we tested with were banned by Google. Looks like Google continues to get more aggressive with their “no duplicate content” stance.

We love it. Bring it.
